Having Lee out truly sucks. He draws a lot of needless penalties, but he's a good blocker. Looks like Will plays tackle again. Query: will they move Stickler over to sub for Lee and let will play on Shamire's side? Hope so; they work well together. It might be burn a redshirt time for one of the frosh OTs as well.

And when, O Merciful God, will we stop having injuries to our OL and get a couple of games with the same group out there and some reserves?

This offense is hard on OL. P-5 schools didn't stop running option heavy offenses because they didn't work.

They stopped running it because of the Pros not running it and because new style offenses came out. It was pretty much changing to the new fad.

Ouch. Does anyone have the VT injury report along with the impact? All teams are banged up by game 10.

Losing Mitchell and Lee hurts the most? While it sucks for any injured player given how long they work to get to this point and how few games there are, I feel the worst for MJ given this was his chance to get more quality playing time.

#Hokies' injury report heading into Saturday's game at Georgia Tech: CB Adonis Alexander (hamstring), LT Yosuah Nijman (leg), RB Steven Peoples are all questionable; WR Drake Deluliis (leg), WR C.J. Carroll (foot) are doubtful.

Doubt we burn a RS for OT this late in the season. Ivenmeyer has been next up for a while, 3 years in the system (2 Spring games) and some in game experience. Scott Morgan has also been competing in practice at OT as well as C.

I didn't notice at first, but The Twins aren't on the list. That means we have some reserve strength on the OL with them and Ivemeyer in case Lee can't do it on Saturday. I hope he can play; that would really help. Now, if we could only get him to pay more attention to the snap count …
