Yes, bad day for us. And bad day for the Fluke. They lost at least 3 players.
I think one advantage we had over Miami is that Duke and Miami beat each other up pretty good. But then Duke got the week off to heal. Duke isn't that talented but they play very hard and didn't make mistakes. Next week against UVa, Duke gets to face a rested UVa team and Duke will make mistakes just like they did against Miami and lose. Injuries are so important.
Look at UGAg, losing one of the best running backs in CFB and winning against a ranked team 34-0. They can do that because of depth that neither we not Duke have.
How we heal up this week is going to greatly affect our chances against UNC. No more bye weeks till after Clemson.
