my gf gets this error message at the bottom of her fb messenger videos. it happened all of a sudden. now she cant record or play videos. she has tried a different video camera ... reinstalled drivers... did a system restore. nothing helped.

weve both googled this error and can find nothing. i get articles with errors that are similar but dont match the problem.

thoughts?

It’s a JavaScript error. It’s a NaN (not a number) error-somewhere it’s doing math on something that isn’t a number.

It could be a plug-in she’s added to her browser, or your ISP could be adding something, or it could be adware on her computer.

Try a different browser, like Firefox.
