The Marriott Hotel on Lenox Road, across from the mall, has several college football banners hanging under their loge to welcome guests. There’s a dwag banner, OSU, Washington, Auburn, Clemson, etc., but a particular white and gold banner is noticeably missing. In their hometown. It is disrespectful. What must we do to earn respect, especially in ATL?

Throw a cold bucket of water (tinged with bleach, acid, ammonia or whatever it takes) in the face of every grad / fan from the last 30 or 40 years forward and make them realize :

- Sports is an escape. Something to enjoy with family and friends for fun. People don’t give a flying crap about how many calculus classes you took, or if you”got out” of GT. Everyone has their struggles in some fashion. Get over your ****ing nerd selves.

- to that end, sports is more fun when you WIN. And around here winning against puke, wake, uva, cuse, bc doesn’t mean crap. Those should be a given.

- we want more respect? T.C.B. and most importantly BEAT UGAG MORE

- Embrace this and get more respect or wallow in more excuse making for another 50 years.

What the **** is so hard to understand for supposedly smart people.

P.S. I don’t give a **** if someone is a housekeeper, garbageman, cab driver, teacher, or delivers pizzas. If they will spend their hard earned money to buy GT tickets and support our team they are more than welcomed as far as I am concerned.

We're GT. Even our sidewalk fans can be elitist snobs.
