How do you turn off email notifications?

I've noticed that I am posting more often and I'm getting a lot of emails notifying me that there has been a new post in the thread. How do I turn those off?

Click your name in the top right corner. Then click on preferences and there is a line about emails you should uncheck. Then go to Contact Details and there is another line about receiving emails you should uncheck.
