I think B is the right grade for Key. One of the struggles we are having is retaining DL players which has hurt us. I realize a lot of that is NIL money but developing players and losing them makes it impossible to get close to the top. But of course cimpared to the previous head coach I would give him a A+++

The previous coach is not the bar for GA Tech. I am certain that you know this. B is a good grade for a 2nd year head coach.

Saban's relationship with Kiffin was unusual. He didn't like or trust Kiffin, who is rumored to have slept with one or more booster's wives while OC at Alabama.

Saban has been flattering of Key

He did not like Kiffin but he needed him to reinvent the Alabama offense. If there is one thing Kiffin knows how to do is move the football.
