There's a good chance that the opener against Alcorn St might be televised. Baylor and SMU moved there game to Friday. UNCheat USCe will be an ESPN game for sure. Duke Tulane will get picked up by ESPN2, news or U. Michigan plays at Utah but it'll probably be a 9:00 kickoff on one of the Fox channels. And Arizona plays Utsa as well. PAC 12 network. With the way we ended last season and being ranked to start this season I see no reason why we wouldn't be picked up by one of the ESPN networks.

Alcorn State may not be a push over. Lost 3, in 2014 by 6 to Miss Southern, 7 to Grambling, 3 to Jackson State. Looks like they have a productive offense. 3 of the 4 top players return, QB, Gibbs completed 189-of-324 passes for a total of 2482 yards and threw 21 touchdowns. He also led the Braves in rushing yards with a total of 1,006 yards on 135 carries and scored 11 touchdowns. TE Payne caught 25 passes for 463 yards and scored five touchdowns this season for the Braves. and OL that is 6'5" 367#. They are a big team. We are going to have to be ready to play.

Wouldn't mind seeing 1990 throwback uni for VPI game. They were one of our home wins that year too.
