Help with football project for class

I'll just post the link to reddit here. I know this is a really awesome community and I would really appreciate your knowledge. Hopefully when this project is complete you'll be able to enjoy the results as well.
The idea is to have an interactive way of exploring coaching trees and evaluating their performance. This is part of our data validation.

Really appreciate it! I'm a recent football fan but it's been great to learn alongside you guys.

One fun note is that Paul Johnson ranks pretty highly in the current version of the metric we created. I'll definitely link the full version of the project for everyone to play with when we finish.
