Really need Bailey to come in and anchor one of those OT spots. With Beno hurt, this becomes pretty huge. He has the ability to be a difference maker ... IF he stays healthy, and gets the rust off, his side of the OL unit will be the side we run to. He and Shaq can be dominant.

How many practices has he missed?

Do we know if Bailey is on schedule to graduate this spring? If so, it may be time for him to hang it up and open that scholly for the next class. Hate if for the kid as from all accounts he was a really good OL when he was able to actually play.

Depends on what's ailing him and how much desire he has to come back. If it's something fixable and he really wants to play, I say have at it. The odds are in his favor he'll be healthy next year unless it's a recurring problem that just won't heal. Too much wasted talent if he's good to go and just hangs 'em up.

He isn't far away...but I am not sure if it will be this Spring.
