Not totally surprising. There's been drama between Coach Ken and the AD.
CPJ retires from golfing?I bet Bohannon is the favorite at Navy to take over for Ken. Although if he goes to Navy may rule himself out for other big jobs because of the perception of being a 3O only coach.
His daughter got married in AZ. He may be a grandfather soon if not already. He will not have time nor want to coach . He has earned family time.CPJ retires from golfing?

Bigger question is whether Navy stays with that offense. If so Bohannon is the logical choice.
He's now had experience. LolMaybe Geoff can apply what he learned here at Navy…
Do really hate Navy that muchMaybe Geoff can apply what he learned here at Navy…
He's going to build a new culture at Annapolis???Maybe Geoff can apply what he learned here at Navy…
and introduce them to the 4-2-5 Defense (Effort-Based).He's going to build a new culture at Annapolis???
Fixed it.Mike Leach was hospitalized yesterday and it is apparently aprettyvery serious situation. Prayers to him and his family
Thanks! Need to fully wake up before typing things out.Fixed it.
I wonder if he loses his job if Navy doesn't fumble on the one against Army.
Army lost several of their best offensive players to injury early in the season. It looked like they were playing with their reserves (even though they’d had reps)Was there.
Both team's offense were way slower than CPJ s
Also the lack of any passing threat made for tight quarters.
The grear rivalery with great respect of players and fans was amazing
.
Audurn may hire Air Raid OC who was at Stephenville HS long ago.
Navy may want to get away from Flex Option as to give them a different look than Army. May go after something similar to what Fritz ran at GA Southern or what Chadwell did with Charleston Southern. Option will most likely be involved, but also more of variation in the pass.
Will be interesting to see what Navy does. For 20+ years they haven't had to worry about the massive change that's about to happen there.
