I had been checking about once a week since early July. Mine showed up today in my GT ticket account.

Are all the tickets electronic now? I can't do season tix anymore (6+ hour drive) and had problem with Google pay last year on a game I attended. My frat got paper tix issued for our block at HC last year and they wouldn't work at the gate. It was a mess.

Yea they are if you have iphone you have to download the GT app to claim them through your account and they are in the wallet on your phone android Idk how it works

I asked my ticket rep the same thing. Basically they aren't doing much unless you request. I requested t-shirts, on field access, and free tickets to the western Carolina game. He said they can do all 3. The first 2 were not advertised
