BREVARD SPORTS NETWORK STUDENT ATHLETES OF THE DAY: PALM BAY PIRATE SOPHOMORES EMMA RIASCH AND JAZMINE MAJOR:
The No.1 locally ranked and 14-1 Palm Bay Pirates girls basketball team has a couple of sophomore players that excel mightily on and and off the court.
Jazmine Major is an outstanding player that is currently shooting 46 percent from the floor and is averaging six points, three rebounds and two assists per game .
Off the court Jazmine is a superstar where she currently has a 4.0 Core GPA and a weighted GPA of 4.41.
Major ranks second at Palm Bay High in the Class of 2023 out of 440 students.
Teammate Emma Risch, who is the No.1 ranked player in the state for the c/o 2023 and can hit three point shots from Babcock Street, is shooting 54% from the floor, 41% from three and 88% from the line.
Risch is averaging 18 points per game, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals per game.
Even more impressive is her Core GPA of 4.0 and her weighted GPA 4.37. Emma is currently ranked seventh in the class of 2023 (440 students) at Palm Bay High.

Jade Loville could be a grad.-trf. from Boise St.(they were 14-9, thanks to her scoring). 5’10” shooting guard who tallied 41 in a game. All-Academic Team.
