Very nice of the refs to rob us of an obvious fumble @3:20 in the 4th to bleach the wound

Painful to watch. Again. Philo showed some promise. Let him air it out. Losing confidence in Zach, fast. Defense kept us in the game. Three games left, two we will be huge underdogs. Get healthy, and maybe we beat The U on a day they don't show up, we can beat NCST if we show up, UGA will be a butt kicking.
Missing Haynes King is even more of a ball buster that we realized.

He's not our only playmaker but when defenses have to account for all the different ways they could get torched by the QB, it definitely makes everyone else look better.

If King doesn’t return at all, it’s possible but NCST is really bad.

It does make me wonder if King isn’t completely 100% before Miami, is the strategy to play limp without him against Miami and go for broke against NCST?

This won’t be a groundbreaking revelation, but I was very disappointed by Pyron. I don’t know what happened to him but he had no confidence today. I thought WRs and the OL did OK, but Pyron constantly double clutched and looked woefully inaccurate when he did let it go. It just sucks because a fully healthy team wins this game with ease. VT did not look good.

I know so much begins and ends with the OL on offense. It felt like there were a lot of busted plays and QB hurries.

I have to imagine that Buster gets at least a sternly worded message from CBK after this.

Philo looks like a stud!! Ridiculous that our receivers can't catch perfectly thrown balls. I am afraid until Haynes gets back results will be similar. Defense looked really good in my opinion.

Too many dropped passes that were catchable. The last one by Boyd was likely a TD.

I know D is for degree, but it would have been better if the WRs, OL, PR and HC all didn't get one on the same day.

Philo looked good and the defense was fantastic today.

And also **** the refs for not calling that fumble or even reviewing Drones sneak early in the game. I think that we stuffed him.

These were two equal teams on the field today separated by one critical factor. Neither team's O could get untracked but their OC had 5-6 creative plays that made the difference in the game. We didn't.

Also, can we PLEASE try a new punt returner and punter. I think we have enough data with the two guys we have been using. i don't care how they look in practice.
