You’re correct - I just meant it hasn’t budged from 17.5 since the ‘rumor’ started circulating about Philo. If he was confirmed to not be playing, it should move back to 20/21.

I have seen seven Tech victories in Athens. In every game ( except Paul's first year in 2008)- I thought we had the better team ( even though we were not favored except in 1990.) . In 2008 - we were really just learning how good Nesbit, Dwyer , Jones and Barnett were going to be. The Dawgs were preseason #1 that year with Stafford, Moreno and Massaquoi . This year reminds me of the feeling I had going into the 2008 game. I believe- we have really got something going and the Dawgs are not what they were hyped up to be. You watch Paul on the sidelines for that game - he was bringing it. We have to bring it- like we are better team. We've got to put it on em!! That's the winning recipe for Friday night.

I used that exact same comparison to that team last week. That team was down 28-12 at half and then exploded out of a cannon to win. We can’t do that with this team, but I feel like we are going to grind out a win in the 20s and be ranked in the top 20 Monday

Hell, in this reported scenario, look at Pyron - reportedly passed on the depth chart, thought likely to transfer, still injured - and playing.

I haven't seen that reported anywhere, just a lot of posters here jumping to that conclusion.

I assumed he was still injured. Otherwise I don't know why we would not have seen him in some of the run situations he has specialized in earlier in the season. Especially in lieu of a clearly injured King.
