Avery Boyd is essentially buried on the WR depth chart and isn’t listed with the TEs. I’m almost wondering if he should redshirt this season. He played one snap against Louisville.

Interesting that we haven’t gotten new threads from adidas. Ours still have the old word mark. The new ones just have the 3 stripes.

I think the reason why is because ours are so new, they only debuted last year. Louisville has the new look because 1. They tweaked their word mark logo and 2. They’re kinda the Oregon of adidas they get all the new digs. Other schools like Boston College also still have the old adidas insignia.

I just saw the replay of the 2000 GT vs FSU game on youtube. Say what you will about Russell, but the helmet looked pretty darn close to the pants in color.

I know what you mean about Russell. If they were responsible for the honeycomb then that is the only negative thing I remember about them. The Calvin "gold jersey white helmet combo" is about as good as we've had in a long, long time.
