If you are going to make snap decisions on whether a player is an ACC level player as a FR I suggest you go look at the bio's for most of the players on ND and UVA's rosters and look at their FR and sometime SO numbers and then their numbers as JR and SR. Here's a few examples http://www.und.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/matt_farrell_908417.html http://www.und.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/john_mooney_1020308.html http://www.und.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/martinas_geben_908418.html http://www.und.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/temple_tj_gibbs_jr_1020307.html http://www.und.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/rex_pflueger_972492.html http://www.virginiasports.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/mamadi_diakite_982334.html redshirted as FR http://www.virginiasports.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/devon_hall_849795.html redshirted as FR http://www.virginiasports.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/deandre_hunter_1014802.html redshirted as FR http://www.virginiasports.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/isaiah_wilkins_906563.html http://www.virginiasports.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/ty_jerome_1014801.html http://www.virginiasports.com/sports/m-baskbl/mtt/kyle_guy_1014830.html Note how many of these guys are either redshirted as TR FR or play little (less than 10 mpg, avg 1-2 ppg), but how many of them become starters by their JR yr. That is the model GT is trying to copy. Now you won't hit at 100%, no coach does, but hopefully they hit with a high percent. If they do in about 2 more years GT is going to be a good program. I do remember Pastner after a game in December in his radio interview making the statement - 'When they are JR this is going to be a great class'. Hopefully he is correct.
