I just noticed Brambilla had 18 kills and 18 digs! With Bergman not really a factor tonight, Brambilla stepped up big time.

I think we've been pretty lucky with the #8 seed. In all the matches thus far, we were clearly the superior team. We didn't have to do a Pitt-Penn State type of match early so I'm very thankful for that. It sucks we have to play Louisville now... ughghghhggh.... they are REALLY good.

Anyone else thinking (worrying) about next year? I've been thinking all season... what will the team look like when we don't have the explosive attacks from Mari, missing the amazing blocking from Breland, and the sure sets from Matti? I've never seen our freshman really play... how's our pipeline looking? And Julia, Erin, and Paola are seniors next year... Do we have anyone else other than Mari and Julia that can do backrow attacks?

I’ve heard everyone is eligible to come back next year, due to the Covid Sr. 5th year. Whether they all will, I’m not certain about.
Asked Kurt Hoyt about Julia’s shoulder, and he said she’s fine. She plays well against Louisville so we will need her. He thought Brambilla just simply played out of sight today.

Yeah I'm hopeful... but I think Louisville is in the upper echelon class and we're right below it... a practical person would tell you that Saturday's match will have the same outcome as the 2 matches before it.... and though we beat Pitt once this season, if we played them now, I'm not sure if we can beat them again. But I'm ever hopeful. We have come a long way though since our 2019 breakout year.

Isn’t the pressure on Pooeyville? I mean, what do we have to lose? Underdogs on the road, at their place, and of the four regionals, we draw the #1 undefeated team. They have barely lost sets this season.

I know, thank you. I’m a season ticket holder just enjoying this season. The tickets available are weird. Almost like they were only offered to Lville season ticket holders. There’s a few on Stubhub for a lot of $. Called GT. GT does not have an allotment. Don’t know if I can get one at Freedom Hall
