I just want our defense to play tough, follow the ball, and actually get an interception that matters. I want our DBs to play the ball for once in their life and not the receiver. I don't want to hold my breath on every 30+yard pass hoping and praying we don't get called for PI which we are guilty of so often. I want us to have an offensive gameplan that looks competent and adjusts to defensive adjustments. One that actively attempts to exploit a weakness on the defense or a strength of the offense instead of beating our own head against a brick wall. I have no other expectations for the game other than those.
We looked like we had a gameplan today and boy was it refreshing. Proud is an understatement today

First….helluva game by everyone including players and coaches.

i’ll pick one nit….4th quarter, 2 and 1/2 minutes left, GT would love to run out the clock. 3rd and 1 for GT at our own 37. GO UNDER CENTER AND RUN THE Q B SNEAK WITH A TUSH PUSH!! Instead, we go from the I, fake to the RB up the middle and try King on a bootleg, losing 2 yards and forcing us to punt. This set up the great defensive strip sack, but we should have been able to keep the clock moving there with a sneak.
Yeah. Put Pyron in and run the bawwwl!

Put this whole game in my veins.

That was one of the grittiest Tech performances I’ve seen. QB rotation against the number 4 team.

Offensive line came to play. The whole world knew we weren’t really passing and we still ran the ball.

The defense. Wow. Great job of containing #1 and not allowing him to run around and make magic happen. So good at containing him in the pocket. Very few missed tackles and when we hit, we hit.
QB rotation was coaching prep genius...... This NEVER works.....but it did.
OL played solid.... guessing 80+ score as a unit.... Only saw three or four bad missed blocks....Love how we are blending our freshman, #52, into game for meaningful snaps.
