Just based on their backgrounds, I'd give the staff very high marks. There is a tremendous amount of experience; each has experienced success on the court and on the trail.

There are conference championships among them, and in the case of Hobbs, national championships! It is hard to say on their teaching and development abilities yet, but I am excited to see.
