Unfortunately, I agree with the leatherneck. (It happens. You can check.)

I'd love to see us go to a bowl and beat da U and UNC. But I don't think it's going to happen. We might very well beat Miami, but I'd rate the game a tossup. If we play like we did against Duke we can win, but I'm not sure we can pull that off. I don't think we can out score UNC or hold them to a low enough point level. We can't beat Ugag; full stop.

But … I hope I'm wrong about UNC. We'll see.

We kinda all thought that last year against UNC so lets just see how it plays out. I do know this- if we beat Miami our guys are gonna play like their hair is on-fire against unc to try and get that 6th win

Our issue is we don't score enough points to beat a very good offensive team like UNC. 27 points is their low for the year whereas 28 is our high against FBS teams.

My opinion of how good a coach Key is will be partly based on how well he strategizes for that game.

If we don't run 25 seconds off the clock on every possession (as long as we aren't way behind) then in my opinion he doesn't have a solid plan to beat UNC.

The only way we are likely to win, imho, is to keep well below the over/under mark and use turnovers to make up the offensive efficiency differences. I think we'll score on them (their D is worse than our O), but I don't think we can stop their passing game. So we have to limit possessions and hope for a couple of timely turnovers.

We need some big turnoverson D and a clean game for us on offense and special teams 🤞hopefully we can run the ball effectively and keep them off the field. I hope Sims is back and he can reproduce his magic from last year, a good double dose of him and Pyron.

Good news for you is they can't count as high as either of those numbers so you should be able to talk your way out of having to pay up.
