What am I missing on UNC (-11.5) and NC State (-6) ?
I'm thinking UNC is going to totally crash this year and even though NC State has improved it seems like they are really being hyped.
Or is Cal and USCe going to be that bad ?

Butch Jones and the Tennessee Riflemen hoof it down to Hotlanta this weekend to take on the Ramblin Wreck of Georgia Tech. Butch Jones will wear his coonskin cap to Mercedes-Benz but he'll be no match for Paul Johnson's Killer Bees.
Coach Butch struggles to prepare well for opening games and is a terrible game day coach. Coach Paul though, knows enough to twist the Vols into a knot. They'll be shooting themselves in the foot while the Bees strut into the end zone on what should be their version of a home game. They'll be no honey for the Orange this trip.
My guess: Georgia Tech 43-10.

Cal is just that bad. However, I think that NC State is going to surprise some people and finish either 2nd or 3rd in the Atlantic.

I really hope FSU beats Alabama. There would be backtracking and asterisks all year to explain why Bama should be in the finals. But FSU is a legitimate 9 point underdog.

App state had the Vols beat last year and pi$$ed it away. Will be a early test to see if year 2 for Kirby will be a success.
