Is there any way for me to group certain users together under a single label in the "Start a Conversation" feature?

Good chance I don't understand the question or perhaps I have different access.

Are you talking about starting a group PM? When you go to "Start a New Conversation", do you see the note to 'Separate names with a comma"?

Yes. I was wondering about starting several conversations with the same group without typing all the names each time by having a group name.
