CPJ could only get Gibbs in his dreams.Had Gibbs and Mason and only won 3 because we wanted a pro elite effort based style offense. We should of ran the bawl. CPJ could of gone .500 in his sleep with that roster.
Scooter could only win like CPJ in his dreams.CPJ could only get Gibbs in his dreams.
You give Faulkner and Co. Simms, Mason, and Gibbs in this offense and we put up 50 a game. RPO and read option teams to death.Had Gibbs and Mason and only won 3 because we wanted a pro elite effort based style offense. We should of ran the bawl. CPJ could of gone .500 in his sleep with that roster.
Granted you have an equally skilled offensive line. You give Faulkner and Co. Simms, Mason, and Gibbs in this offense and we put up 50 a game. RPO and read option teams to death.
I think this is pretty normal, to only state your final destination where you were playing when you were drafted into the league.According to his in-game self introduction he only went to Alabama

Only with Wienke as Simm’s QB coach since freshman year. You give Faulkner and Co. Simms, Mason, and Gibbs in this offense and we put up 50 a game. RPO and read option teams to death.
Sorry, I read CCG, not CGC.If I had played for CGC I’d want to forget and wouldn’t advertise that I played for him either

I do not understand the compulsion to denigrate a head coach that took us to a bowl every season and overcame the institute's attempt to destroy the football program, as well as significant roster issues and injuries that were not his fault. Blam him for keeping Par Nix as a QB coach and OC, but to suggest he was a bad coach is flat wrong.
Yep, sorry about that. I corrected it above, but you caught me.CGC is not Chan Gailey.
Good to know, I had wondered how they would approach the intros on SNF given the portal. I did hear someone last night mention two schools. To be fair, on draft day, he had a GT helmet and an Alabama helmet on his table. That’s more respect than most transfers give. He also gave me a THWG when I was wearing my Tech hat at a charity event with NFL players over the summer my employer hosted. He seems like he has nothing but love for us. He’ll never be a GT legend, but considering where our program was at that moment, I can’t really blame him.
