Ya know, I was wondering the same thing myself and forgot to ask. She attended media day last year too but I don't recall seeing her at games during the season. I'll let you know if I eventually figure it out.

Interpreted another way, maybe experience in the system is most valuable. Maybe better athletes are the difference. He didn't offer those two explanations but those are possible options that still fit the answer.
