This has graduation rate at GT @81%, seems low unless it is only those who escaped within 5 years.

Savannah College of Art & Design - average annual cost is almost average salary 10 years later..... that is one of the best art schools in the country (by reputation I have heard).
University of Phoenix - dismal graduation rates in the teens..... a bunch of others stupid low ....
Georgia Military College @$31,300 ... don't they have a lot of ROTC? Must not be considered federal aid when you're an indentured servant .....
Wonder how many of these "colleges" will be around in 10 years? Demographics are bad and rate of return isn't there.
