Met him at Clemson game 14. He really wS a fired up r fr. Mid year (15) when we decided it was time to get speed in for rg and rt , I watched him move over by coach hoping get sent in. Not so much.

dude won scout team offensive player of the year his first season on the team; it would be a shame if his desire just went away a year later. huge disappointment losing a huge talent like him, but if he truly isn't interested in playing football, it is probably best for both parties.

If he wasn't LOVING it, then it's probably not worth it. If this is the case, the kid should be respected for having the self awareness and balls to make a decision like this.

this is the truth...how many people have we all fired knowing that they didn't want to do the job that they had but for whatever reason wouldn't or couldn't move on? I always have utmost respect for those who leave on their own accord because they know the fit isn't right.

That's a shame, but GT's not for everybody. Hopefully he has no regrets in the future. Best of luck to the young man.

Best advice I got when leaving the service was: If you don't like what you're doing, find something else to do. If you're not looking forward to your day, you're probably not liking what you're doing. This is a free country & you're free to come and go as you please.
