The weather may not feel like it and the calendar may not agree, but today marks the beginning of Fall, the beginning of the 2018 season and everything is shiny and new. New DC & scheme. New uniforms. New end zones. New gold. Buzz has new shoes. EDIT: New Gameday thread starter.

Get hype. Get your gold on. Get to Grant Field (or your favorite big screen). IT'S GAMEDAY!

Stuck in Charlotte at the airport overnight thanks to deboarding twice. Won’t be home in time for kickoff. Just do me a favor and don’t talk about the game on here until I have time to get caught up.

This is one of those times you rent a car and drive.

@MrsDrJacket will be walking into the room any minute now. Likely, her first words will be "It's Gameday!" These days, a couple of pregame texts with MrsCPJ have to replace our actual attendance.

We do have 2 games we'll make it to, including 1 at Bobby Dodd later in the season.

We will go to breakfast, then on an errand to secure our pregame fare. The game is telecast in our market, so we'll be on the front row in section HD. Can't stand ourselves, we're so excited for the first game to be here. It's time to turn the Yellow Jackets LOOSE!!

The countdown to kickoff is on!
