If the other team shoots 60% from 3PT and repeats what they just did: 16-28, then it wasn’t meant to be. They don’t even do that in practice against no defense.

Which one of our terrible coaches thought it would be smart to play some zone tonight? This season is close to getting out of control of Devoe doesn’t get his head out of his rear. 0-5 start is likely if they go on to lose this.

The whole team is 1-2, 2-4, 2-3...nobody is having a bad game. Mercer has 24 points from 3PT and is making everything they throw blind folded. They only had 14 points inside the arc. Would be a 40-30 game if they had their average 3PT% there. Keep the faith.

Devoe has become a liability... slow of foot defensively, continues to look slow and deliberate driving slowly to his left,head down and turns it over vs. the quicker defender.Too slow to get his shot off and can't distribute the ball because his lack of separation doesn't draw help or create a passing angle.He also tends to pout and looks distant mentally...huge disappointment. Overall lack of ball movement and offensive fluidity make this hard to watch.I think getting Maxwell back and healthy will help...he knows how to play,can handle and shoot.Though Sturdivant isn't a scoring threat he knows how to play...Alvarado looks good.Moses continues to get them buckets inside and out and Usher and Moore both play hard on both ends and make plays.Nice to see Meka get a little run...another live body who will mix it up.This team will not make the tournament imo... will get smashed on a nightly basis in conference play.Just not talented enough.The class of 2021 should get things moving in a different direction with Deebo,Kelly and Moore.It looks like Kelly might have grown an inch or two...looks like a 6'6-6'7 guy in his most recent videos.His body will fill out and with the dynamic Deebo make for the talent upgrade we need to compete.Moore is another late bloomer who could come in ready with a man body and warrior mentality.Hoping Maxwell adds to that talent influx and we can pivot away from this sub D1 look I've been painfully watching over the last game and a half!

How many one shot offensive possessions do we need until we learn this is a team sport? Need our experienced guards to settle down and run a semblance of an offensive flow.

This is now vs Syracuse in football - constantly giving the ball to the other team. Any team can win if you just give them the ball back.

The disappointing thing is this is a senior laden team. Experience is not an issue. Our backcourt, which many thought would be one of the best in the ACC is not living up to expectations.

How hard is it to find a wing that can shoot from the perimeter? Even Parham came here with a shooting reputation and he’s been a brick.

Overall bball IQ is low...no focus on either end...awful job from the coaching staff in regards to preparing this team to compete...bad offense...bad defense.
