People here are making a big mistake dismissing Winston's abilities to read a defense, find the weak points, and make the throws he has to. He's as good a QB at breaking down defenses as we faced all season, and he has the arm to make every single NFL throw.

He's not beating people with athleticism, he's beating them by being a really smart on-field QB and having all the physical tools to make that a nightmare for opponents.

So there's a reason he won the Heisman other than his altar boy personality?

You guys are right - he will find some one to pick him early.

Watching at sideline level at ACC champ - he threw very few long passes - constant check down passes to very conservative route . It was like they did not want him to take any risks like he did last year with their giant fast WR #1 a top NFL pick

He was late on many throws and it appeared to me he has a slow delivery. It certainly because he was very worried about the rush. Also As he watched the coverage his biggest obstruction was usually his own offensive line even with only one tall defensive lineman. Maybe he was really watching the routes downfield extra hard and was being cautious.

Will be interesting to see if he goes to combine so we can hear the talking heads micro analyze his throwing motion.

His throwing motion couldn't be worse than David Garrard. And Garrard played 12 years in the NFL.
