While we were standing there reveling in the win we had numerous FSU fans congratulates us on the win. Young, old and in between. They supported their team all night long and were stunned (of course) with the loss.

How they handled it got me to thinking about da U game last year where I saw many of their "fans" showing their arse, being escorted out by security and, of course, the one who got his arse leveled showing out pre game as the band was coming in.

Contrast that with what I saw last night both in the stands and on the way out. I did not see one having to escorted out, not one showing their arse and many who were vocal in the way Tech played.

This is how it should be in the world of big time college football! Congrats to all the FSU fans for showing how much class you have~!

The ticket holders next to us sold out - FSU fans bunched in next to us. Chanting and chopping. Supporting their team... They were pleasant throughout the entire game. We talked off and on between the action, as if they had been sitting next to us for the previous home games.

The "great games" we heard from FSU fans as we made our way through the sea of Taylor Swift fans were too numerous to count.

FSU fans are pure class!!

Agreed. When I left my seat at half time and spent the next 27 minutes in line to get a Coke and pretzel (which is another story since there were only about 15 people in front of me when I got in line and the concession stand was out of pretzels by the time I got to the counter), I was talking to some FSU fans around me and they were all classy. The only negative comment they had about Tech, the game, the stadium, etc. was that they too had to spend 27 minutes in line to get a Coke and pretzel (which is another story since there were only about 16 people in front of them when they got in line and the concession stand was out of pretzels by the time they got to the counter).

I thought they were pretty well behaved. I was less obnoxious then usual and told them (truth) that nobody else would beat them in the regular season. They smiled at that and shook their heads ruefully.

I also told them about Cotrell and put them on notice.

Winning a national championship recently will do wonders for a fan base. F$U fans have, in my experiences, been complete trolls in a very UGAg or VPI fashion. I'm glad they behaved yesterday.

Early 4th qtr I did get aggravated with one guy when he said that everyone has figured out our offense. I turned to him and pointed to the scoreboard showing 267 yds rushing vs 61 yds rushing. I told him it looks like we figured your offense out. He said yeah I guess you're right.

Da U fans are the absolute worst fans in the world. Winning and losing they are the worst. I've almost gotten into physical confrontations with their idiot fans multiple times. They are all thugs.
