Tennessee-Florida in Bobby Dodd Stadium would be interesting and also bizarre! I think however Mercedes Benz Stadium is a better fit considering BDS is GT's home stadium.

23,000 IIRC, it would be like when they had to play the SEC Basketball Tourney at Alexander when it comes to the reduction of capacity,relatively speaking

Not really. It's set to be imploded on Nov 20th, and they've already been hard at work on gutting it prior to implosion.
