Mildly interesting/somewhat related, a first pitch from the '95 World Series was also thrown from space. Braves lost the game but obviously went on to win the series.

Just got thru the gate and saw that. Pretty awesome.

Somehow I missed it. I heard that the first pitch was from Outer Space, but didn't see anything on the scoreboard and I was sitting behind home plate with a clear view of it. Perhaps I was looking skyward asking, where is it??? How long ago did they toss it towards the earth? Did it burn up on re-entry??? Or just clueless???
