Favorite uniforms from the 2024 regular season?

I like the Buzz head helmet if we used it once per year. I've also wondered if a Wreck helmet could work. Maybe using the facemask as the grille or something.

The white roof would make a perfect “targeting” indicator

I was pretty perplexed by the uniform combos this year:

• No gold jerseys after wearing them a ton last year (maybe Adidas has been working on a new one for next year that will match the gold helmets better?? One can hope..)
• White helmets seemingly changed every week - 2023 version is still my fave (pic), though I do agree the NCST ones were clean. Please no white GT on white helmet anymore
• GWG 3 times on the road but only once at home. And GWW only once and at home when that should be our primary road uniform!
• Too many all white combos imo. One dedicated home whiteout game and once on the road is enough
• Still waiting on GBW to make it's glorious return - should be an annual thing to honor the 1990 team until we win another

Overall we looked good, just feels like we're still figuring out the balance between tradition/consistency and mixing in new stuff to keep the youngins excited

I basically agree with all this. As someone who was at Tech late 80's early 90's I still consider GBW our basic home look. My fear at some point is we lose our identity with so many different combos. I didn't watch any Alabama football, because why would I, but I'm pretty sure they trotted out the home and road uniforms they've ways worn. No need to think about it. I wish we'd get back to that.

I link your thinking but you lose me in the details. You lose credibility with me when you say GBW should be our basic home uni over our classic home uni GWG which was used by the late and great Bobby Dodd, whose name is still on our stadium, in some of our greatest seasons. GWG is the true tradition of GT football and the classiest, most unique uniform in all of football.

Honestly the only ones that were memorable in any way were the ones for the game in Ireland. Other than that all of them were OK. Nothing stood out to me. But that's OK for me since I don't go to see what color uniforms we're wearing. I just root for our team.
