How is NCST in and Tech isn't? I know this is early projections, but that's a joke.

Flippant answer is that NCState has won one weekend ACC series and we haven't won a single one. Not one. Our RPI is higher since we have lost to better teams.

But it doesn't matter as you point out since it's early; either we start winning weekends and become relevant or we don't.

That's very true. We desperately need to start winning series starting with this weekend.

Article does say NCST is one of "last 4in". Also... VT & Pitt have a better case than us right now... if you look at ACC standings.

Ga Tech does have wins already over 5 regional hosts: UNC, Clem, WF, Aub, OU.

...means nothing this early; but I read it anyway.
