Probably just means he's day to day. I think he was in red a practice yesterday. Eric can probably give us more info after practice today.

CPJ got asked about some injuries at his presser today, and explained a little about why he doesn't like to answer these questions before the Thursday injury report comes out. It was an interesting answer with a lot of detail about how the injured players get treatments and work with the training staff to determine their status. But bottom line is that we will not know anything definite before Thursday about who (if anyone) will be back.

I think it means that Perkins is expected to be back. These depth charts are usually pretty straight forward as to what the expectations are. If you are not expected to play, you aren't on the chart.
