Demolition on YJA

not sure where to post this question, but this looks close enough....

There are two large trees on YJA near the stadium with X's spray painted on the trunks. Does the institute have plans to remove the trees as part of a renovation project?

I believe there is a new sorority house scheduled for construction at the very corner of Brittain Drive (YJA) and Bobby Dodd Way. Maybe the trees you saw are being removed as part of that project...
