I like/love CBC. With that said, I cannot see him coming back to actually coach at GT.
I'm sure he feels he could help CoC for one year. And w/o having to do recruiting the stress would be reduced and he'd be "training" their next coach.
Wish him the best of luck if that is the way they go at CoC.
