more alignment and technique....also some of the checklist points here only work for your typical base play....but it does have accuracy to it in option football as far as techniques and decision points...like half steps, decision past the QB front foot...etc...keying off the leg of the guard; again that only works for a few of the option plays...but its the basic 101 things you start with...

its a good checklist for freshman high school kids starting a option offense IMO...kinda like cliff notes or cheat sheet.

Sounds way to involved, too much thinking, not enough time to access the information, if someone misses a block the play may end badly!
