As the guy with the gold calls everyone in to set up the new take it or leave it deal, the schools pay the lawyers to review the deal.
The first group of schools will return the unsigned deal with comments.
The second group will return with a signed take it or leave it deal.
The guy with the gold will ignore the comments and pick whoever he wants for big boy $$$ football and for $$ regular football with a path between.
