I totally agree - absurd! Maybe I am outdated - in college 1960 - 1966 - but I recall no one doing the dumb stuff that is going on today.

Possibly not when you were there but I know for a fact there was at least one football player on my dorm floor from whose room you could smell suspicious smoke back in 1984.
