As consuming as social media can be for normal people, I can only imagine the monster it could become for a man who has hundreds of thousands of rabid football fans obsessing over his every action.
Maybe he just means game day, but I would turn it off for the season. Welcome him back in January!

He seems to have actually deleted it all, which does seem like it could be a recruiting handicap, but maybe it’s just for the season. There are athletes who go dark on social media during the season. LeBron, who is very active on social media, always turns his off during the playoffs, so this sort of thing is not unheard of.
