Clemson Camping

Back in the day you could camp at the YMCA campground on the other side of the bridge at Clemson. It was also where all the visitors tailgated. I don't think that campground is there anymore. Any recommendations on where to camp close to Clemson?

Assuming RV there's Tiger Mountain RV park nearby. I know there are several campsites within driving distance. Hope the link above helps.

There are several campgrounds on Lake Keowee (county and state parks) where you can camp lakeside. Less than 30 minutes to clemson They are all pretty nice. If you google Lake Keowee Camping numerous parks show up.
