Charlie, from what I hear, is probably going to grad school after this season. He may already be in grad school.

I think he deserved it. He played great.

Charlie is one heck of a player. He gives 100% and he will rock your jock with some of his hits. He even injures himself with some tackles.

There was one 3 and out series where he made all three tackles, including a great open field tackle.

Charlie and Wes walker were the only players on the entire team that stood out to me in the game. making multiple plays.

Yates played pretty well for the most part, but he does tend to want scramble a little too quickly but I don’t 100% blame him when our OL is still having trouble holding blocks…in year 3…

so I’m glad Charlie got recognition from the game, he deserved it.

I’ve questioned him in his career, and frustrated with all the position changes. But he did play very well yesterday, 3 or 4 exceptional 1on1 tackles. Deserved praise.

also, he started the game over Quez IIRC

Looks like they changed it up and took him off...

I think they replaced him with the Notre Dame player. Guess they were late accounting for them since they played Sunday.
