There apparently is a time lapse as the pics were taken. The lower pic shows 8:04 remaining in the 1st Q on the main scoreboard ( 1&10 on the 22) and 5:36 remaining in the 1st Q (1st & 10 on the 35) on the West Stands scoreboard. And the ball is actually on the UVa 49.

They did a good job stitching it together. The resolution is good too.
