Breaking News Alerts - how to get them for just GT?

Anybody know? Is there some way to get a twitter alert straight to phone home screen when some specific person tweets? And who might that be that I should follow?

Any other method?

I am looking for notification of a very large GT announcement so I can come here immediately and run my mouth about it.
