ABSOLUTELY NOT! Georgia Tech's season is over but there are a lot of great games coming up. NAVY vs UVA, maybe Navy can beat UVA; Miami vs Wisconsin (ACC runnerup vs BIG 12 runnerup); Auburn vs UCF (is UCF really good?); UGA vs Oklahoma (How good ARE the Dawgs?); Clemson vs Alabama (ACC vs SEC in the playoffs!); AND the championship game. And as TechGuy said, lots of bets.
