I use sports play...and my uncle has gotten money from it. They give you a dollar to start and keep it legal by making you watch an ad before placing your bets. I have 33 dollars so far

Anyone heard of any legal issues using an online site set up in LV or Europe if you are living in a state where betting is illegal?

Seems like bovada is reputable but you can run into issues if you are paid out by check.
