Aub is up 35-31 but OM has the ball and is driving late. Receiver catches a pass, makes an unbelievable play and drags a guy seemingly into the endzone for the go-ahead score.
Problem is, the AUB defender grabs him by the jersey (not in horse collar zone) and as he's attempting to drag him back from scoring, lands on the receiver's lower leg and snaps it in half. Looked like the guy's foot spun around. Just awful looking.
Receiver fumbles at the 1 inch line, ball recovered by AUB in the zone for a touchback. Of course, ESPN shows the replay over and over until classy Nessler says, "uh, we don't need to see this replay again." or STTE. Problem is, they can't show the fumble without showing the replay. Crazy.
OMiss gets the ball back with less than a minute left and ultimately loses but that was a weird ending. The elation of scoring the winning TD to realizing your star receiver's foot is facing the wrong way to realizing he never scored to losing the game.
