Here’s a question I thought up in the shower the other day. Would you rather:

A: Lift the “Atlanta Curse”
- uga wins the 2017 national championship
- 28-3 never happens (Falcons win)
- Braves hold the 3-1 NLCS last year and this year and win the World Series at least one of those years

Or

B: Status Quo


Thoughts?

what would directly affect me most is uga winning the national championship. It would have made their fans even more insufferable, if that’s possible. So, B.

I was thinking the same thing. They're 60 miles away. Athens is just a larger version of Milledgeville.

It drives me crazy when people lump the school to the East in with the Atlanta narrative. They have absolutely nothing to do with the city. Same reason their edits with Atlanta in the background are such trash.

Yes, perhaps you are right (and perhaps this belongs in the College/Pro rather than here) As many have stated, Athens is not Atlanta. Trust me I’m an every week is Hate Week kinda guy. I guess I have to weigh my Braves fandom vs my dwag disgust.

Il you can get to Chattanooga faster than Athens. It’s the same time from Philadelphia to New York as it is from Atlanta to Athens.
