I really hope he was cleared, its my understanding that the only reason he wasn't was because of our medical team, apparently he feels great and wants to be out there. Hope I am not confusing him and someone else.

i’m sure it is a delicate balance. These dudes are competitive and want to play as soon as they think they can. The medical staff often is trying to weigh whether saving one more week or two can help them get through the whole season as opposed to re-aggravating an existing injury and making it worse.
